The program

Cleo's Smile (“we”, “us”, “our”) at 701 W Union Blvd #1, Bethlehem, PA 18018 offers an optional text messaging program (the “Messaging Service”). By signing up, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

Types of messages

If you opt in, you may receive the following by text:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow-up care messages after your visit
• Billing and account notices
• Important office updates, such as a schedule change or closure

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and checking the box that agrees to receive texts, or by giving us your number in person or on our paperwork and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving dental care.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and care. Most patients receive only a few messages around each visit.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the Messaging Service.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you and you will receive one confirmation text, then no more messages. You may also call us at (610) 868-0833 and ask to be removed. If you want to rejoin later, sign up again on our website or tell our office.

Text HELP to the number that messages you, or call (610) 868-0833, for assistance. Our office hours are listed on our contact page.

Carriers

Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your health information

Text messages are not a secure way to send private health details. We keep texts short and general, and we will not ask you to send sensitive health information by text. For clinical questions, please call us. In an emergency, call 911.

Your number and your responsibility

Please give us a number you own and tell us if it changes. If your number is reassigned, text STOP or call us so the new owner does not receive messages meant for you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Messaging Service after a change means you accept the update.
